Shipping policy


Thank you for visiting and shopping at Cosmic Polish. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing your Order

An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e- mail as proof of your purchase.

2. Shipment Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.

After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days, except during holiday or sale/new release periods when it may take up to 5 business days.  The shipping notification bar at the top of the page will be kept up to date with current shipping times.  We will contact you if, for some reason, there are any delays beyond this specified period. 

3. Shipment Locations

3.1.       Domestic

We ship domestic by ground transport - anywhere in Australia.

3.2.       International

We currently ship via Fedex International Priority Express to the U.S., Canada, Singapore, New Zealand (Christchurch and Auckland only), Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Switzerland, Norway, Chile and Mexico.  We will be adding countries regularly so please check back if you're not yet included.

4. Shipment rates and delivery estimates

We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.


(a)  Standard Domestic Shipping

Australia post states standard shipping will take 2 to 8 business days after receipt.

Standard Shipping costs $9 - $12.50 depending on item weight, or if the order is over $79 then shipping is free.

We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.


(b)  Standard International Shipping

Fedex states International Priority shipping will take 2 to 5 business days after receipt.

New Zealand: Fedex can only ship dangerous goods (nail polish) to the metro areas of Auckland and Christchurch.  If you are within these regions shipping will be $29NZD, or if the order is over $150NZD then shipping is free.

Canada: Shipping with Fedex International Priority costs $49CAD, or if the order is over $145CAD then shipping is free.

All other countries: Shipping with Fedex International Priority costs $39USD, or if the order is over $125USD then shipping is free.

Note: United States orders will have pre-paid tariff/customs charges included as a line-item on your order, which we will then pay for you prior to delivery.

5. Tracking Options

Cosmic Polish aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.

5.1.       Domestic

All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking with Australia Post

5.2.       International

All orders delivered outside Australia automatically have tracking provided automatically with Fedex.

6. Damages

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at hello@cosmicpolish.com.au.

7. Missing or Lost Package

There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We’ve found that, more often that not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Cosmic Polish politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven't located your order, please contact us at hello@cosmicpolish.com.au to report missing or lost packages.
